We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us when submitting project briefs, making enquiries, or engaging our brand consultancy, media production, and bespoke gift services. This data may include:

• Project scope specifications, budget parameters, and creative briefs.
• Billing and invoicing information.

3. Purpose of Collection, Use & Disclosure

Personal data collected is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Responding to brief submissions, RFPs, and consultation requests.
• Executing bespoke design, physical production, gift fabrication, and media production deliverables.
• Managing client contracts, invoicing, and accounting records.
• Communicating project milestones and updates.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with verified production partners (such as specialty printers and couriers) strictly on a need-to-know basis to fulfill your project orders.

4. Protection & Retention

We implement appropriate technical, administrative, and physical security measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or disposal. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the business and legal purposes for which it was collected.
